| Can anyone tell me how the postal system works in Northern Cyprus? Is their such thing as a courier serivce in place for parcel delivery or do I have to collect everything from the local PO? |

| For parcels you would normally have to collect frm your local post office or you may get a note from them(at the post office) telling you to go to a main post office like Girne, where you have to open the parcel in front of customs so they can check what's inside. |

| Best and safest way is to buy a pigeon, but make sure it is not trained to fly over Afghanistan or Iraq! Richard |
