To all intrested parties purchasing on Turqoise bay. Electricity NOW ON MAINS Electric Meters now been fitted. Water now on MAIN Supply. Maintinance company now appointed. Three pools now ready for use. Indoor pool now ready for use.Landscaping in progress.Every thing starting to fall into place and move along at a pretty fair pace Thank you all for reading my first post.

Hi Pipie...thankyou for letting us know about red robin.

We have not been given a date for handover! We were first told completion would be end of April, which came and went. Then we were told 1st August which has also been and gone now!



We do not seem to get any reliable answers from Turtle Bay Properties and seem to get more up to date info from this forum and people at the site.

Do you happen to know any progress news?



Interesting that red robin is doing furniture packages..could be useful to us when the time comes. Thanks for letting us know that.

It would be interesting to hear from Greg who used to post on here a while back , he is now running maintenence on Turquoise bay, perhaps some one could get a message to him for to post an update . Hope this helps .

Hello

I'm assuming you have bought one of the phase two properties closer to the beach. We were over for two weeks, returned on the 28th. They were fitting the windows, painting the exteriors, laying the pavements and test filling the pool. Timings being what they are, over there, I wouldn't guess on completion but the majority has been done. I was speaking to the OSIN Construction people, mainly regarding the villa buildings near us B15-B19 area, and I think they were hoping that 2 months would see all the paths, roadways etc finished there, but the villas would not be completed until sold. They were expecting to have the water connected in the next week or so.
