We're looking for a long term rental (min 1yr) from January.

We would like a 4 bed villa with pool and the more contemporary the better.

We also need a 2 bed apartment close by or even on the grounds of the villa.

Open to areas from as west as Karsiyaka and as east as Esentepe.

Pref furnished but not essential.

Anyone got anything like this coming up?

We'll be over first week of July so able to view then if possible.
