Can anybody tell me if there are any bakeries in and around Kyrenia or if any of the larger supermarkets do freshly baked bread.

The bakery in Lapta, but to be honest, most supermarkets have warm bread and rolls for sale,as long as you're not too early.

Sometimes, the early bird catches yesterdays loaves.
