Clients of a friend are looking for a luxury property to rent for 5 years between Catalkoy and Zeytinlik.

Budget is between UK£1000 & £1500 per month for the right house

We are about to put our villa on the rental market. Its a 4 double bedroom luxury villa (almost 400 metres square including basement area which leads onto landscaped gardens and pool area). However, it is in the Karsiyaka area.

You can rent 50% of North Cyprus for that amount or all of Lapta/Karsiyaka
