Hi all,

Am coming to North Cyprus late June and am still undecided whether to stay in Larnaca and travel to the North for the few days I need to be there OR, stay in the North for the whole time!!

Have a few hotels in mind but some aren't quite right, too expensive, bad Trip Advisor review etc etc.

So I thought I would look into maybe a small 1 bedroom nice apartment....would usually have stayed in Pyla Village but all too expensive.

Does anyone have any websites that I could look at or indeed, know anyone who has a suitable accomodation?

Or, can anyone recommend a nice 4/5 star hotel?

Have looked at:

Bellapais monastry

Oscar resort - in a newly built panoramic pool room soon to be finished

The Hideaway Club

Or , all inclusive Merit Crystal Cove

Thanks all

Anne

Have a look at the thread from Parklane bungalows. They are doing very cheap deals at the moment.

If you want to be close to Kyrenia then I would recommend Pia Bella. Negotiate for £35 half board. Lovely gardens, and 10 minutes walk from the centre, so no car required. Outside the hotel you can catch a dolmus to Nicosia (Lefkosa). Also ask for free taxi from Ercan airport.

Ignore the site info. I've found it's usually wrong. Email the reservations number and ask for a price. You can get it at the price I suggested or less. If you phone ask for Sara, the best customer services rep you will ever meet.

Sorry, should have explained. I'm a single traveller so that was for the room and dinner for one. Could try one of the travel company's - I've used Direct Traveller and found them competitive, but try others.
