Not having used CTA before i thought it maybe a good evperience WRONG firstly we were an hour and a half taking off from Heathrow.My ticket stated Heathrow to Antalya and then onto Ercan. Unbeknown to 99% of people on board two flights had been put together we were therefore landing at Izmir for up to an hour and then Antalya for up to an hour and finally Ercan.Due to it being the Easter period there were young children on board not having been informed as to the messing about resulted in alot of tears understandably from the little ones and alot of irate passengers.

They cannot run the proverbial party in a brewery even with so many superfluous staff.

I will only use them as a last resort, then I would be expecting something to go wrong.
