New premuim for 110 cc 230 TL from 120TL for one year third party. Can anyone recommend another insurance which will be cheaper? Sounds like rip off.

Don't know about scooters, but Aveon Sigorta always seem to be the lowest quote for cars - and the last to raise their prices - 0392 444 1414

They're in Lefkosia, but will quote you over the 'phone - they do have an agent in Girne, so if you get a good quote and want to proceed, get in touch, & I'll dig the agent's contact details out.
