Olaytrans have gone to pot since Senay left and it would appear that they don't want the business. I sent a pallet to Ipswich for forwarding on October 7th. and there is still no sign of it!

Queen 180 - 12 boxes with all my wordly goods and memories. They were supposed to join me in Germany. First they said they were en route to me via the UK. Then they were coming direct to Germany. Then that they had arrived in a depot in France, and would be delivered to me from there. They did give me my money back, and as someone else said, it is unlikely any other company would have done that.

No joy, tried every email address possible and all keeping coming back - does anyone know how reliable they now are since Senay has left?? Even emails addressed to Hurmus are being returned, perhaps she has gone too.

Hi Suze, thanks for asking but NO I have had no joy not bothered now, had to make alternative arrangements, which I must say I am very happy with, the information I have received in 2 days outways the information I received before. I have changed to another company which in my opinion is excellent and does keep in touch via phone and email. When my containe arrives i will be very happy and will post how smooth things went on the day, up to now I have no concerns and can now relax , apart from the reast of the packing, knowing that I can ask someone for help and information and actually get a reply, usually the same day or the next morning!!!!! Thank you Jo if you are online Regards Tracy
