Without issues? You are joking! First off, the car will be subject to horrendous import duties based on the Glass's guide value... no matter what you paid for it. They normally total approx 60% of the car's value. They a levied in US dollars for some obscure reason.

Basheer the car must be registered in your name or wife's name best if its under 1600 cc and petrol lowest band for import tax and under 3 years old on arrival in the trnc If it arrives with 12 month UK tax you can extend the period that duty is paid until the uk tax expires but this can be different if you are a resident

Basheer, If you buy a car from a dealer in the UK you should be able to arrange to buy it less the VAT (therefore no refund action required). There is a special road-tax arrangment for this and you have to export it within a certain period.
