We've been with them over 3 year now and use it every day. I would recommend them before any of the others. We have a yearly subscription, but if you arent sure, you can try it for 3 months and see how you go.

I have used them in famagusta and now in karsyaka and have had good service also had extend for a short time and had bad service from them I would not recommend extend

Missed original setup/connection date by three days only - that's damn good for Cyprus time - but had no problems at all so can only say the the service is excellent. It doe's what it says on the box, all the time as well which is most different.

Have tried 3G and it is good for a back up or visitors, was with TIC and then changed over to Extend when they merged, TIC were ok but Extend are only interested if you live in Nicosia - this side of the mountains has poor service and worse connectivity but that is only my personal opinion based on 17 years network experience with the MOD.



Bottom line - No problems with Nethouse.

Had a problem with Nethouse last week.

Reported the problem.

Within 24 hours they had sorted things out and replaced the roof top wireless box.

System now back to normal.

Good service, if you let them know you have a problem.

Phoned them yesterday evening, system fitted 11am today. Much better that 3G or Extend! (Bogaz).
