| I purchased my tickets in September to fly to Ercan on 1 April from Stansted. Check in desk said they had overbooked the flight and offered anyone that stood down would be guaranteed on next days flight, as well as 4* hotel accomodation and meals that night as well as free flights with Pegasus in 2010 (were told by them too could stretch to early 2011). We were going to take up the offer but had been told at check in we were not on the flight - apparantly we had 'reserved' the seats, but not paid for them. I was pretty sure I had but had no proof until I got home and checked my credit card statements and had paid. By then we had booked to depart from Heathrow with BA a few days later. Spoke to their customer services dept and said they could offer our money back on our original flight but nothing else. Was given an email address to make a complaint but heard nothing and that was 2 weeks ago. Rang again yesterday and was promissed a call, and still nothing. Any ideas?? |

| We have rang the UK number which goes to Turkey I think. Do they speak English at HQ? |

| I have had some good response from the call centre in sorting pricing issues but it does take a lot of time and only if you get the right person. Nazif seems to be the one that can get things sorted. On this occassion in these circumstances I would not bother trying to get any more than you are entitled. Trying to get the same deal as was offered on the day for me would be a non starter. I would draw a line under it and move on, I have spent hours of frustration on the phone just trying to get what I was due. |

| I did get a refund from them when my flight was accidently double booked recently. Took a bit of time but money was refunded. Should be alright but don't worry if it takes time. |
