I appreciate that this adds another to the list, but today, there has been, so far, about 90 new topics.

They are not all brand new, but, for example, Midsomer House has posted a new topic. As all the info is in the post, there is no need for anyone to add anything. So with less than 12 hours, the post, will disappear to the second page.

I know some will say take it up with Izzet. I am not complaining. This is what it is. In my opinion, I feel that this could be a measure of the success of "44". On the other hand, have too many members just got too much to say? No offence to anyone.

I may be in the minority, but I never look on page 2. If I am not logged in as a member, my list of topics on page 1, drops from 100 to 50.

So, we have a board that for a few members who look in at least twice a day, will see all the topics. If you look in less than once per day, the chances are that you will miss something. Is this financially a good move?

Would you choose to advertise, when so few people may see your ad?

Maybe it is time, to go the way of most other Forums/Boards. Have some more types of subjects.

I now await the barrage of abuse.

I usually read the top 10/20 probably once a week or at the most twice. Neither the time nor inclination for more. Never go over to a second page.

The times I've responded to threads I've never been able to later find that response because of the large number of contributions.

I'd like to see it split into topics.

Texas (msg 1): You are 100% right. But I'm afraid it doesn't meet the basic idea of this board: the more messages, the more views - the more Koruş for the owner of this board and idea. It's getting more and more difficult to try to start a new (serious) thread and keep it on the first page.

P.S. If there was another board with a better lay-out - and without all the non-TRNC rubbish on C44 - I'd go there. I'm waiting for that day.

Exactly, far too many utterly pointless threads started, even by admins who should know better.

It seems people ask the same questions over and over, so you will get lots of threads started that slide to the bottom without am answer.

The search engine is a good start, (top of the page) for instance if you put in 'car hire' as an example, it will bring up all the threads that have been discussed on that subject.

You are right there are too many topics , people appear find it easier , or shall i say find it a less labour intensive way to find facts and so create a new one rather than to scroll down and find relevent topic that's already there , and the answers too .
