Hi everyone good morning my Wife and I were due to fly out today from Stansted with Pegasus.



For some days we have believed our flight would be cancelled this now being the case, so tomorrow we start the task of re booking.



We have used a travel Agent called U WANAGO for many years and they have always provided excellent advice and service. During this crisis they have been magnificent phoning with updates on the situation several times yesterday the last update at 2100hrs followed as promised by an update at 0800 hrs this morning.



I could not recommend them more highly.

I second everything that dougskud has said about U-Wannago, a great family business Hussain and Mesham are so helpful and always phone you when they say they will, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have also used them for over 4 years.

Hi-fully agree with all posts. Have used U-wannago for many years now and have recommended them to friends and relatives. Nothing is ever too much for Meshen or Huseyin and they are always so pleasant and polite. They have been fantastic over the current flight situation-we were supposed to be flying out on Saturday 17th, Huseyin kept us informed of the situation, even out of hours, and has now arranged alternative flights for us....whether they go is another matter! But that's beyond his control. Highly recommend them.
