We are due to fly out from Ercan to Heathrow in the morning - not only is it not looking promising but we cant get answers off any telephone no for KTHY. Does anyone know if the office at Ercan is open this afternoon? Or any info/bright ideas?

no idea if office is open but no other airline is flyng until tuesday at earliest according to their web sites.

Yes, thank you for that, Gramps. Unfortunately those numbers aren't being answered at present. We are in Esentepe, I am not sure whether to turn up tomorrow in the early hours as if we were flying, or to go to Ercan this afternoon in the hope that the office at the airport will be open.

If you go on http://www.nats.co.uk for latest updates they are saying UK airspace will be closed until 13.00hrs earliest
