Hi everyone

One year on and I have still not received my £1,500 depostit back for an apartment on Turtle Bay Beach as it was resold by Turtle Bay. I am apalled how this company has tretaed me and the excuses I now get at not still having my money back is that the credit crunch is affecting them.

Has anyone else had the same problems?

Hi Rhonda,

I know for certain that people have been getting there money back from Sharon Management after there 1st year is up so I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOURS. Try and email them on info@sharonmanagement.com or accounts@sharonmanagement.com or sharonmanagement @yahoo.com. They are the people in charge of taking the maintenance money so I hope this helps you

Sorry to hear about your problem, what has your solicitor advised? Did you pay the deposit directly to Turtle Bay Properties? We are also buying on Turtle Bay Beach but not through Turtle Bay Properties so I cannot really comment I am afraid but I really hope this matter is resolved for you.

but-n-ben - I think Rhonda may be talking about her initial sales deposit rather than her maintenance deposit (maybe?? - sorry not entirely sure??)

Rhonda - on reading the replies Ithink there maybe a mix up - have you bought on Turtle Bay Beach OR Turtle Bay Village - two different sites??
