| I got an email from Nigel with a link to a piece on the future of the current TRNC Government, the piece included the following statement: - The General Secretary of the governing National Unity Party Irsen Küçük has announced that the government has fallen following the election of Prime Minister Dervis Eroglu as President. Also: - Küçük stated that the government will remain in power as a minority government with the unconditional support to be provided by the Democrat Party until the 27th of June when the local and by-elections will be held. Interesting times... |

| If the results of the Presidential elections are an indication for the local and by-elections... And why shouldn't they? Or? |
