Have been trying to contact an 0845 number on their website and it is not connecting. Rang Turkish number but get the constant musak. Have emailed but had no response as yet.

leapylee,You have to keep listening to the music,The turkish number asks you to press 8 for english,then the music,then wait.

kav. Unfortunately that' the number I have.

rigsby - I am pressing 8 then getting the musak. Held on for ages yesterday and tried it at 6am today uk time and still the same.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Thank you Cooper. Decided to give them another try and got an answer from the call centre. However, shall keep the HQ number just in case I need it.

I finally got on after 4 attempts yesterday and listening to the music for around 20 minutes
