Having on some occasions had to shut down my Dell lap top manually due program freezing which leaves the little halo constantly rotating,this is when I have to shut down, when turning it back on a menu comes up, I select start up normaly,it then comes up with Dell loading logo, then blanc screen with arrow pointer but nothing else ?



any advice please, I have tried repaire my computer and system restore but no success ??

Have you tried removing the battery from the laptop? Take the battery out, put it back in and switch on.
