I know this is a bit of a vague question but what are the salaries like in Northern Cyprus?

Locals seem to be paid around 1200 TL per month - tax and 'social insurance' has to come out of that though

most workers will recieve minium pay which is 1,200TL per month. Public workers such as :- police, doctors, teachers etc will recieve a little bit more ranging between 1,500 - 2,000 TL. And the Government and bank workers seem to be paid the most ranging between 2,000 - 3,500 TL mabie more im not 100% sure

most of these workers on the min wage will work a min of 12 hours a day and work for 6 days a week it is only the government sector that work 'normal' hours

My take is there seems to be no 'middle class' hence the £50K plus cars and the old bangers!

Gul the hotel i told you about has an advert in Cyprus Today for staff. xx
