| I am not a mathematician and need help to calculate whether I should buy Euro's here with TL or wait and buy them when I am in UK with GBP.
Which is the better option?
How do I calculate this myself?

| In my experience, changing sterling in TRNC is always the better option. Better exchange rate. |

| I thought there would be a few mathematicians on here that could tell me how to calculate this ............please????
I have either Turkish Lira here or I have sterling in UK, which I will pick up once I get there. I just don't know how to work out which is better ie to change my TL into Euros whilst here or wait until I get to UK and change my sterling into Euro's.
Would appreciate other views on this.

| work out the tl exchange rate to GBP and then look on line and see what the euro is at the mo to GBP and then have a look locally and work it out from that! |

| The tl is stronger against the euro than the pound is against the euro at the moment,so I changed tl to euro at Supreme supermarket and got 1.113 (gbp equivalent),that is not very far from the commercial rates shown on the FX markets for GBP/€. |

Actually the rate then was about what it is now. |
