I have a villa 175 sq in Iskele bogaz region 3 bed 2 bathroom and communual swimming pool.



I bought this from Noyanlar construction there are 28 houses on site maintenance is 170 pounds per year.



I am looking to exchange this with a villa with a similiar spec in Zeytinlik,Dogankoy,Bellapais and Ozankoy areas.
