An FTV card will open SKY 3 , Five, Five Life ( and +1) , Five US ( and +1) .. It also open the ITV 1 that wil work with a 1.8M dish in CY - as it is scrambled.. BBC / ITV/ C4 do not scramble - so you don't NEED a FTV card -if you have a 4.2m and don't need the Five family / SKY3 ...



SKY have just put up the price of the card to 25 GBP - the price of a box, card and install is 175 GBP in the UK



It would be sad if someone bought a card and then found they didn't need it or their dish didn't allow it to work
