let me explain if anybody has a car over here that is still on english number plates even if there is an overstay fine on it he would buy it pay the fine and drive it back to england 0533 8329138

i have a car here a renault espace on english plates drove it down from uk 2007 all covered up now could not afford the import duty so its laid up 2004 reg but i think you might have to pay fine
