Today we will me making Singapore Sling as our special at TL5.



Singapore Sling was created and became popular at Raffles in Singapore at the height of the Empire.



Made from Gin, Cherry Brandy, Lemon Juice, Grenadine, and Soda, with Ice, Lemon and a cocktail cherry a Singapore Sling will both refresh and cheer.

I had one of these in the Long Bar in Raffles in Singapore and it cost £15 and that was a few years ago!! So Aeria Bar's offer of TL5 is a fantastic deal !!

Ah yes, but Raffles have the secret ingredient, it's never been divulged outside of Raffles Hotel. That's why they taste so good there. We used to knock them back during Happy Hour before Raffles became so trendy and expensive.
