| Hi I have a virus on my laptop it is called Personal Security does anyone know how to remove it? It's blocking anything I try to do on PC thanks TT |

| Chris it's me trying to sort the bloody thing out, nursie things don't work. it keeps saying this site is unsafe ( well I knew that anyway) but still need a PC whizz |

When you've got shot of it, download Avira Free version... It seems to be very good at preventing infection. |

| Have managed to get rid of the virus - I put the PC into safe mode ran system restore ( back a couple of days) and it's gone - thanks for all the advise

you have to disengage the roll back feature remove virus reboot then engage system restore rolling backdoesnt remove it
check on microsoft website for virus tool remover
get your self good antivirus

| Hi Topten....regards a virus i think the best thing is to format your laptop....that's the only way that is guaranteed to remove all the virus. |

Ken Msg 1 - if you truly are worried search for a computer specialist, I know H&N are on here and they seem to get good comments
