Hi, am needing a builders clean shortly for a 3 bed apartment in Lapta. Is there anyone you would reccomend as so many people now seem to be advertising? Also a rough guide of how much we should pay would help.

The going price for a decent builders clean is £200 hope it doesn't come as too much of a shock to you.

Many thanks for your replies. I have also heard of Bracey Builders and MasterFinish, and as you stated Nurseawful, quotes seem to range from £150 up to £300?

I also recommend Bracey Builders they fitted our shower doors for us as well very nice people.

No sane person would give you a quote for a builders clean without looking at the property first. I've seen new builds here that have been reasonable in terms of cleanliness and others which are so deplorable that a proper clean would take 2 or 3 days. Don't use anybody who just gives you a phone/e-mail quote without an inspection!
