We are looking for £60,000 as we paid £10,000 on extras for example we have more superior bathroom suites including a bath which no other flat has plus in the kitchen the cupboards go to the ceiling especially made plus a granite worktop and a double acrylic sink. The bedrooms have proper fitted wardrobes again to the ceiling and all in all the property is in a far better condition than any of the others on the Kavanlar estate. In the bathroom and ensuite there are non slip floor tiles and throughout the flat the floor tiles are far more superior. The title deed is ready to be transferred to any prospective purchaser and all taxes are paid. So yes, the Tapu is ready.
