| We have major probs with Digital Supreme internet and tv this week - is it just our new connection (internet) ? our area (Catalkoy)? or has everyone had a problem ? Fed up with their excuses day after day and wondered if it an isolated problem. Thought Extend were bad but since changing over on Fri we have only had 1 day online ! |

| maybe no other DS customers are back on line yet !!! Our internet connection tonight is so slow and it is on/off/on/off every few seconds ! |

| i have DS and have had limited problems, I have go on the net every day, sometimes a bit slow and occasionally lost it but pretty good overall - Karsiyaka area
the TV has so many channels on it that we found that if a channel was not on, there are plenty of others to choose from. We have got our regular programs without any problems. occasionally this week it has frozen but then starts again after a short time. |

| ds is normaly good,yes from time to to time u do get some problems but they
dont last long a quick phone call to adeil and its ok |

| We were back online last night but so so slow (and we have even lost all our Internet free channels ) - then this morning LO and BEHOLD it is off again !! Yesterday it was "everyone at DS is off because he is upgrading servers" - then we found out that not everyone was off at all. Then it was continually "we are just reconnecting you - it should be on soon" It is a complete joke - but hey ho Eddey said theirs was much better than Extend Internet - doesn't look like it. They are not answering their phone now gggrrrrrrrrr. Using a friends computer now to send them emails. |

| We have been trying to ring Adeil - we leave messages at the office, but he never bothers to ring back. We have been without television programmes including free ones for two weeks, still no joy - customer service is non existent. |
