| Its a great achievement to win the F.A. Youth cup.And the Chelsea youth system really has come on over the last five years or so.But how many "home grown" players are actually playing for the first team.It seems such a waste to build a youth system that doesnt that doesnt reward the better players by pulling on a first team shirt.Lets hope that a few players from this current crop go on to bigger and better things with the first team,and Chelsea stop spending ridiculous money in the transfer market, Paul. |
