Thomsons, a caring considerate company! My neighbours having booked well in advance for a six week break with them, however, found the flight cancelled due to the volcano disruption, were not allowed to transfer their tickets to the next available flight. They had to re-book a different flight with the same company at four times the price but only for a three week break which they had to pay again having yet to receive a refund from their first cancelled flight! To hell with care in the community what about care to fare paying customers!
