Where has Nauture Bay / Weston Properties gone. They moved out Thursday / Friday of this week. Where does that leave the owners on site? There internet page is not there either !!!! Any one know ?

yep I am a resident as you now know. Last Thursday Jodie was dismissed from Nature Bay and left the site saying a e-mail should follow!!!! Nothing Heard. No one today on site from FCC including Gardeners. So we shall wait and see unless someone knows otherwise.

Rocker im sure there will be something. maybe try and contact fcc or email Nature Bay or if there is a committee maybe try them, but im sure there is a good reason and Monday will show more light.

As for the web site it says a new web site is coming and thats all. Seyman and Claire do live on the site buyt I never saw them yesterday (Saturday). We will see what Monday Brings!!!

Well on the doors of what was Nature Bays office is a notice by FCC. it says Nature Bay have relocated to Alsancak. Contact Clive on Mobile Number 0533 854 7997. For all structiral mamatters please call above number. A second notice displayed from FCC is displaying their numbers.

Sea Vista personel have moved to Clive's CSS office near Lapta, First Consult sent out an email, that as yet we havn't been able to trace. Jodie has been dismissed but John is still there. An email will be sent to all residents as soon as we can trace the original.

Yep we still have the stink which has been ongoing since we moved in. In our blocks the irrigation has never worked.

Had an e-mail from committee they have been informed by FCC that Nature bay has moved to LAPTSA. Strange as one of the Nature Bay staff is on the committee.

Well we received a very good response from FCC thank you and alos Nature NBay so I hope all persons get it.

As for 19 yes that is very interesting I think the answer is it harder to Hit a moving target.i!!!!

Well all I can say we have lived here for a long time one of the first. This is not the plavce to reveal all whaT ALL IS WRONG AT THIS SITE. iF YOU ARE IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD LOOK ME UP THEY ALL KNOW ME AS TERRY. I FIND IT STRANGE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME NATURE bAY HAS MOVED PREMISES. They did not notify us and the Maintenance Company got a respone and we now have a e-mail from Nature Bay. If customer care as they say is important why did they not inform us before moving out.

Sea Vistas is a fantastic site and they have alot of happy customers, may i suggest that when you visit the site that you speak to some of these too.



Please remember with every site you do get the ODD and may i say ODD person that has its issues but please remember to look at the bigger picture and see where the majority stands.



I have a few friends that have brought on this site and have been very pleased, yes there has been a few issues but the staff have always done their upmost to help and get things resolved as quickly as they can.



Im sure if you do have questions that the Nature Bay Team will be happy to answer them.



If you are going to purchase from Nature Bay i am sure that you will be happy with your decision and with the people that are there to help you.

As an outsider just looking after a Nature Bay property till the owner gets here I have to say that I have always found the Nature Bay staff to be most helpful whenever I have met them on site or at any of their offices. I know the company has some small problems with the Nature Bay site but they are constantly working on them.



All new sites have small problems with permissions, roads, water, electricity etc and Nature Bay is not alone in this. You must expect new sites to have other problems with building standards as well when builders have changed during the build process but from what I have seen over the past years, Nature Bay is a very good quality build apart from very minor structural problems that will be easily sorted out given the right time. I would be confident to purchase there knowing that this site will improve over the years and I think will be a very sought after location once the minor irritations (huge to anyone living there at present) are solved.

all i can say is if i new then in May 2007 what i know now i WOULD NEVER|have bought at Sea Vistas, i personally feel i have been duped by my contract as all it says on there has never been adhered to, i have been lied to continuously , and as soon as i can i will sell and buy another place and will never buy a place again where you have to be beholden to a maintenance company, which i was told initially would be no more than £300 a year and we would be able to have a say in who we choose to maintain the site in future years, this has never been the fact. Apart from that the site is looking really good, and some minor issues which they have at the moment will take years to solve, and God help us when we have to pay to maintain the pool as it leaks terribly at the moment, and the first block has a major sewage leak under it, the irrigation stinks making it extemely unpleasant to sit out or round the pool this i have been complaining about since 2007 and to-date no change. LARGE PROBS

Rocker, yes i am from england and i have a property here. I do understand where your coming from as we had problems with our property and we still are now, this is 3 years on. But everyday i thank god for the life that i have and that i am still here to enjoy it.



I wake up every morning to lovely weather, my family which i try and enjoy every minute with and some great people and i could not ask for anything more. The is more to life and i for one am going to enjoy every minute of it.



Enjoy yourself and this great Island and as i said i have friends on the site and it is a great site with some lovely people on it.

Hi i am an owner and one beholding to Waddo in looking out for my property whilst i can get out there. During the purchase process and watching every stage during the build i have nothing but paise for the Nature Bay team. What is more important to me personally is that during the whole saga i have had total confidence in NB to deliver a quality product free of the usual worries and problems that i have read about on forums like this.

The staff have been exceptional and held my hand through the whole process. The likes of Mark and Jodie both who have moved on have my thanks for all their efforts but the team still remaining are proffessional helpful and make every effort to complete our purchase and to deliver a fantastic superbly located well costructed village to what appears to me an exceptional high standard.

I know i am biased as nobody wants to admit to buying a pig but if you are interested get up to Nature Bay Village and have a look around.

I witnessed the whole construction of the site when i moved in in 2007, and all i will say is my husband and i had many fits of laughter, at how the site was been built, i would love to hear your comments after you have lived on site for at least six months, with the constant smell of raw sewage, goats roaming all over the site eating everything in there path because the community is not gated, the odd armed hunter walking through the car park and through pool area, dirt bikes thundering up and down the road, the leakaage from the pool which is refilled weekly, god help us when we have to pay to maintain it, which isnt in the too distant future, i could go on and on but would to hear your comments in a year or two, GOOD LUCK

my name is clive and i am the manager for Naturebay developers and also own cyprus sanitation.

to answer some points made on this site



the office was moved as the location being used under the pool area belongs to the site for the owners to use, at meeting woth owners it was expressed for this to be returned to the site for the benifet of the owners in conjunction with the managment company.



naturebay has handed the site over to the managment company and we asked the managment company to send out the letter to all owners relating to the office move as they are in contact will all on a regular basis.

as per the smell from the system in block 1 & 2 i would ask the parties writing on this site to work with the managment company, nature bay developers and CSS to catch the person who it blocking the system with cooking oil and other products and switching of the eletric to the system causing the problems, then this system will work like all 5 others on the site with no problems.



i believe the site is a very good site people are happy with there properties.



one coment is 'people in glass houses should not through stones'



we can all find things to complain about but more is achieved by working together.

i am not supprised from some of the parties notes as you and i know this is based on reasons not to be discussed on this site but i will be happy to do so!!!!!!

Weve tried to work together since 2007 and the same old problems still exist, surely for ONE the maintence contract should be put out to tender on an annual basis in an effort to lower the maintenance cost to the homeowners.

finaly your willing to talk, we've been asking natute bay for the passed 3 years and have been fobbed off so many time's with them blaming the istallation co, who then blame's the managemnet co,who blame the intsallation co,

its like sitting on a merrygoround, but not so merry, you have told us that its to do with cooking oil, plus the electric being switched off, but it was you who switched off the electric back in febuary when we had raw sewage coming out of the pipes outside block A, and we've been fobbed off ever since that somethings going to happen next monday, WHICH MONDAY WILL THAT BE THEN?

the long term residence in block A, don't throw there cooking oil down the drains, it all goes into jars and gets put out with the household rubbish, and has done since i've been living there, so don't start that blame game on us tell the uk based owners when ther renting out there apt to imform the guess, and as per meeting's with you, would you realy listen, would you ???

bravo johnnybegoode, all weve ever got when trying to resolve problems over the three years since we bought our apartment, is lie after lie fobbed off continuously with ridiculous excuses, not all of us are gullible brits waiting to be taken to the cleaners, sea vistas could be so very beautiful, if only decent hard working personnel were employed which would have only the welfare of the site and purchasers well being at heart, and not just lining there own pockets, ive seen this so much of this in the past and its very sad, Jon and Jodie Hoyles are the only trustable personnel Nature Bay have ever employed, and by the waay i am a very happy person i thank god for every day i have, but one thing i really dispise is greedy people who like to get rich off other peoples hard earned cash, and there are plenty of them in North Cyprus!!!!!!

Put this is into perspective you are thinking of buying an apartment that comes with a smell. Does that seem right?

Met Clive last week and he was very helpfull, don't know what all the fuss is about.



Nature bay were on site sorting the offending odour, although it was too far away for me to have noticed it, so it wasn't that bad.
