Trying to contact a Mr & Mrs Freeman

They are purchasing a villa on Mouflon1 Esentepe from Uz & Bey

They have a court injunction stopping construction on the above site

I think its a reference to the Oram's who purchased a property in NC and were sued by the previous GC owner. The case made it to the High Court in London.
