I have a 4 bed bungalow with wonderful views and pool unfurnished in Karsiyaka £450 pcm. I also have a large villa opposite Lacem restaurant in Alsancak but the pool is shared between 4 villas. Sorry just realised you meant furnished. I have one furnished villa available in Alsancak with private pool also but the owner wishes 6 months rent in advance. Best regards, Lydia
