I have clients waiting a 3/4 bed superior villa in the Bellapais area. The property needs to have a swimming pool and the term negotiable (minimum (1) year)

Are they looking for a completed unit or off-plan with a flexible payment plan is an option, too?



Suggest Evergreen's fab project in Bellapay - I know they are giving very flexible payment plans and mortgages up to 10 years. and it is Turkish Title. It is 2 years till completion and there for the prices are 92k - quite low for a 3 bed unit
