Everyone who enjoyed last years magical piano recital by Professor Rauf Kasimov's 3 young students will be delighted to learn that the girls are back with 2 concerts and an exciting new programme.

On 28th May they will be joined by 4 of Rauf's other students and the evening promises a variety of classical works which demonstrate their considerable talents.

On 8th June Gorsev Tepe, the international prize winning 10 year old, will perform solo - with perhaps a little support from Rauf.

Both recitals start at 8.30 at the Abbey. Tickets are 15TL and are available from Deniz Plaza shops, the Pia Bella Hotel or at the door.

Last year we said that the girls looked like princesses and played like angels. This year promises to be even better.

Why do they not pop events at the abbey on the events page ? why do they not list events on a website ?

The concerts held at Bellapaise are invariably excellent and very well priced but you should really address the taxi situation (40TL Girne return). The local taxi company bought out the Dormas so it had no competition and then took over the car-parks to be fee paying! It then becomes an expensive evening out for non and car-drivers.

We are out for 3 weeks from the 18th June

Do you know if there are any musical events planned at the Abbey covering that period.
