| thanks for the replies . Illeli didn't have them yesterday and the starling in by us didn't either so I will try some of the others thanks.
the Recipe is:
half lb butter
1 tin condensed milk
4oz brown sugar
place in pan and heat stirring all the time until it starts to get thick and caramely about 15 mins
place a layer of ryvita on the bottom of tin and pour over some of the caramel.
then repeat the layers finish with a layer of ryvita
melt chocolate and spread it on the top place in fridge until set.
Absolutely no calories as ryvita is slimming !!!!!!
it tastes fabulous

| ryvita might have no calories , but im sure the rest of the ingredionts do ? its a good job youre not on a diet otherwise you might not slip into your swimsuit ? |
