This 2 storey house is five years old, with all its problems solved. There are just 8 villas on the site. It has four bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, one of which is ensuite. It also has what the builder calls "all purpose room", currently acting as a library, with nice built-in shelving, and has nice views of mountain to the rear, and sea to the front. it could do with a little repainting, but is in reasonably good condition. It has its own 8 x 4 overflow pool, which does not leak, a mature garden (in need of a little weeding, though!) & a driveway with just about enough room for two vehicles.

There are no mortgages on the land, which can be sold on the contract, as the builder cannot be bothered to finalise the kocan. Furniture and car are also on offer.



It is for sale by owner, who is too mean to pay an estate agent 6% of the very reasonable price.

kaymak - the builder is just idle. The kocan is "on its way" according to my lawyer - Cenk Bolayir, the only honest lawyer in the country, I reckon. The contract is registered, which guarantees that there is no mortgage, and it is perfectly legal to sell on the contract.
