About 2hours ago whenever i go onto the internet I started getting sirens going off and sounds like in from a pinball machine. I have run virus checkers nothing found since found it is like a pacman game eminating from google. I can cancel it but next time i go online it starts again. How can i get it to stop permanently without hitting my pc with a sledgehammer?

It's Google's attempt at being hip to celebrate the Pac Man anniversary. It plays automatically - and is a pain in the arse.



The easy way is to change your homepage away from Google.
