Well it should be, but the bubbles will think of a good reason not to accept what they have been asking for as a main point to a settlement.

It would be progress IF it happens. I fear that the GC's, as usual, will reject it and demand troop withdrawals, the handing back of Famaugusta etc and again, as usual, talks would collapse. If only they could agree a small step at a time?
