Hi. Does anyone know how to remove the black marks and stains from yellow patio tiles please? I used a jet washer but this only partially worked.

What is the stain caused by? This is a great homemade tile and grout cleaner that is safe for frequent use. It also works well for removing soap scum and cleaning tile counters. 1. 1/2 cup of baking soda 2. 1/3 cup of ammonia 3. 1/4 cup of white vinegar 4. 7 cups of water Combine all of the above items into a spray bottle and shake it very will to mix thoroughly. Do not use this with chlorine bleach. Never mix ammonia and bleach containing products as a poisonous gas will result. Just spray it on the tile or grout and then wipe it dry with a paper towel or a cleaning towel.

I don't know what causes the stains but I think its a black fungus and seems worse in shady areas, although there a few marks near the pool, right out in the sun. Thanks for the advice I will try this mixture.
