Well I can say, that I had it installed a few days ago and up to now it's great, if you do a price comparison with other system's it's the best value.

Yes Lilli your right, It seems to me that people only make the time to post negative comments and don't recognise good service when they get it, it's only when things wrong they bother to comment.

came back after 7 months to find most channels scrambled, rang dopi gave the box back for software upgrade,returned the box all set with loads of english channels ,very helpful to ensure i was happy and did one extra service i asked to remove all adult channels so the kids would not it and he sorted all that so now i feel secure that the kids while kids to me all my life will refrain from sordid knowledge

I will certainly recommend dopi all all the soaps films loads of news channels and documentary one too

A few months ago there were some big threads on this board about how bad dopi were, search if you like, as a result of that we chose not to go with it. We could not get any info by telephone or e-mail because they appeared to be getting bombarded with complaints. Be cautious!

Dopi is running this business for more than 4 years. We had a problem with our satellite service provide for a period of 4 weeks. which was sorted out and since then no problem at all.



Also customers when they're renewing their contracts they had a month free as a compensation of this period.

Well even tough in this period system was getting off only in pick times(6 hours a day), customers were right to complain.



Also customers wanted information always could reach our office phones and get informed.



If you are not a customer and you chose not to go with it, what was the subject you wanted to get from us ? We are always happy to answer phones, emails if you still want information.

I've had Dopi for nearly 4 years now and I am very happy with the system. Yes they have had problems in the past, but they always seem to get sorted.

So many channels to choose from it's sometimes difficult to decide!

Films galore, Showseries with Corrie and Emmerdale (for anyone who's interested)

I think it's one of the best systems here and would recommend to anyone.

I can only repeat I find the Dopi staff, very helpful and polite, always willing to help, and I think it's the best system you can get, at a good price.

I am not a customer correct but that is largely because the Customer service was so bad when I made enquiries. I therefore have received bad customer service from you so I feel I am perfectly correct to point out that it has not always been a bed of roses.

We have had Dopi for around 9 months now. Yes, there were some problems last year for about a month or so, but as Namek has said a month's free subscription is given on renewal - which we will definitely be doing. Namek is very helpful and quick to upgrade and sort out problems. Hubby loves it cos he can watch all the English premiership games which he couldn't do in England........my only criticism of Dopi is that it has caused hubby to turn into a couch potato!

Why not get a 4m dish and a sky Freeview box/card....



No monthly cost and no 3rd division Channels



Dopi can't hold a candle to the BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, BBC4, ITV1, ITV2, SKY News for can watch for free on Sky.....

For one thing I wouldn't want the unsightly 4m dish obstructing my view just for the sake of watching UK TV when I have the choice of channels that there is on Dopi. Another reason being we can't all afford the cost of getting it installed.

D-Smart is a system originally from Turkey, like Digiturk. They dont have English speaking channels except 5 channels (i have checked in march 2010)



About TV Schedule; as because we are dealing with many different packages, each of them keep their own schedule on their website which we have the links in our website. Also i will give you a couple of other websites giving Sports schedules daily.



Depending on the date you want the system, installation may take place between 1 and 6 days.



Please visit our office to see the channels, picture quality and we can go from there.

It's a two small dish legitimate system broadcasted from Turkey as a one off payment. However, this year they have limited the 'free to air' channels. The best advice is to go into any satellite shop and commit them to what channels you'll receive with cost of installation and box. It suits my needs, but depends on what your requirements are. Well, if you are looking for a cheap one off payment, free to air system i suggest you to have a "Nilesat" system. Which is going to be cheaper than D-Smart.



At least you can get much more english speaking channels.

That was just one of many I quickly found. So, on a one year contract with, say, a one month disruption, no compensation unless paying for a further year? What about the lost month which has already been paid for and not wanting to renew? Tough luck? Great customer service!

Its all about personal choice.



I know that Dopi have had issues which they promised to resolve and they have done so why are people still hounding them and still making inflamatory remarks.



All of us have choices-My choice is to stay with Dopi because I think they actually care about customer service and are very supportive.

I totally agree Magicart, but it seems to be the norm on here, if anyone tries to say something good there's always many more with negative comments.

I've said before, I've had Dopi for nearly 4 years and, though I agree, they have had their problems, they always get them sorted.

I don't want a huge great dish in the garden taking up my views, so my option is a smaller one on the roof.

Dopi take a lot of stick for trying to help people, I'm surprised they haven't just given up and packed it all in.

It seems to be the norm here to kick someone when they try to do good, instead of being thankful for the hard work they have put in.
