will be arriving in north cyprus on the 3rd of june and i need actual location of sener law firm in kyrenia if i was walking say from kyrenia castle any help would be useful

if you do a search on here for Sener Law firm you will find that there are other postings from some of their clients. Sener Law firm wrote to Cyprus44 and had the postings removed and their contact details put on instead of the postings. The titles of the postings are still there. If I were you I would go in the opposite direction and find a 'good' advocate.

Hildy, all I can say about Sener law firm is good, when everyone was panicking about non payment of some kind of stamp, that was due, Sener did it as par of the course, my daughter got her ptp within two years.

Ayhan in my opinon is a very good advocate. We were not even aware of the property stamp that was due,

but Sener law firm had paid it on our behalf.

I agree with the above i have had no problems with emails or anything, i had my land registered after 2 days and have recieved my PTP in under two years, others on our site who have had their property longer have still not received their PTP.

1 Ayhan Sener is NOT an advocate - he is a legal secretary (Advocate's wife)

Read todays Cyprus Today and you will see what Sener Law firm did for the Incesu Group 5 of whom were with Sener's.

He informed me that everything was in order with my villa for 3 years and then I found out that it was:

Not registered

No building Permit

Not built according to plans in the contract

etc etc etc

An another fine mess he has got us into?????????
