| can anyone please tell me in layman's terms how you can turn a word document into a PDF . This is an urgent matter so quick response greatly appreciated. Thank you |

| Word 2007 includes the ability to save a document as a pdf file. Just go to File Save As and you will see " PDF or XPS" as an option. If you don't have Word 2007 then there is a free utility available at http://www.pdf995.com/download.html . Download this and then it will appear as a "printer" in the list of available printers. Select it instead of your normal printer in Word, give the file a name when prompted and hey presto - you have a pdf! |

| With your document open Go to "print" function select "Adobe PDF" this will then put your doc into pdf format ( it will not print it ) |

| make sure youhave adobe reader installed as well think its upto version 10 now |
