Hi there,



can you tell me how long you spend on each pool, do you use Zerochlor and if the water is running low do you inform the owners if they don't live on the island so they can arrange a top up? Also, if there's leaves around the pool do you just sweep them under the grating so they go into the balance tank to cause problems at a later date, or do you dispose of them properly?

It would be impossible to give a specific duration of the time spent cleaning as it depends on the size and if there are any problems such as heavy rain or heavy winds, however if the pool is fairly small and there is no issue then it would take about 20 minutes to clean including the vacuum, brush, net etc.. We do not use zerochlor, we use chlorine as we find it more reliable and all our customers prefer it but if you would like zerochlor then we can sort something out. We call all customers via skype with any problems from low water to a problem with the pump everything to do with the pool is informed to you before any action is taken. We do not sweep leaves under the grating we pick it up and dispose of it in an orderly fashion.
