Hi. Its that time of year again 'Renewal of Residency'. We wondered if anyone had noted any changes in requirements, from last year.

Does anyone know if there are any differnet criteria if we renew our residency for two years, and how much that costs in relationship to one year? Thanks for your help.

Requirements are still the same. For 2 years residency you have to be 60 or over and have a contract for the purchase of your property but a Kocan is not required. The cost is 2 x the cost of 1 year residency.
