Does anyone know if the 12-month Turkcell 3G GEZZ internet is a contract free package? I purchased the 3G internet service with modem for 12-months a year ago, and it has just expired. I'm assuming I need to go to a retail outlet to purchase a new one for another 12 months, but it appears to now be called GEZZ. The tariffs on the Turkcell website list a monthly package for twelve months, which I assume is a contract connection, and a twelve month up-front package, which I assume is prepary and no contract, but the site doesn't explicity say. Does anyone know the answer, and is it possible to just recharge my old package for another twelve months over the phone using a credit card, instead of having to buy a complete new package? Thanks.

their are 2 ways to obtain a 12 month package! one way by paying it up front e.g for 4 gb 720 TL plus a free dongle or free month. The other way is to take out a 12 month contract and be billed 60 TL per month. hope this helps

Re - message 3 When you say "be billed 60 TL per month" do you mean through your bank? The reason I ask this, is that I am currently on pay as you go for my internet. The service is not perfect, but it does me. However, I'm a busy little bee at the min, and currently without transport, and sometimes it is really inconvenient for me to have to dolmus it into town to get my internet top up! I don't want to change any of the services I have, I just want to be able to pay it by direct debit, so that when it runs out, I don't have to think about it. I did ask in Lemar the last time I topped up, (this is where I do my top ups, as I find getting into town, whilst the shops are still open, neigh on a nightmare!) and they said they didn't know!!!

Send a message saying DURUM to 1111 from your dongle and they will send a message back saying how much you have left/used.
