please note our bank will now be closed wednesday afternoons due to summer working hours for three months june / july / august



we are open mon - fri 8.15am to 12.30



then MON / TUE / THUR / FRI 1pm to 3.15pm

I thought that the branch in the town was always closed on a Wednesday afternoon anyway. It's about time that Turk Bank considered its customers and stayed open lunchtimes and later in the afternoon in line with the other banks - to shut for lunch & then close at 15.15 is absolutely ridiculous the lunch break is longer than the afternoon working session!

the bank door is closed at 12.30 any customers still waiting must be served the staff lunch is 1pm till 2pm



other paperwork ect is done before and after lunch time and sometimes the staff work on through there lunch as well



i put this post on as i felt it would be usefull to people to know

anyother requests could be discussed with the manager of your branch

TurkBank could always invest in A/C so their employees work in comfort and provide a comprehensive opening-time service to their customers! Why do banks close at lunchtimes, when those that work find it the only time they can get to the bank? It must be banks customer care service to their patrons!

Here in Bavaria the banks close for a minimum 1.5 hours for lunch. Crazy!

There's a very good reason for that, as where you live, the area brews excellent beer. In fact if I was working there I'd insist on a 2 hour lunch-break!
