Turkcell 3G dongle won't load on my macbook

Got a new sim card last month for my dongle and it wouldn't load. Went to Turkcell office and they couldn't do it either. Took it home and did it myself eventually with a dictionary as the English version is not supported on a mac. It all worked fine for 5 weeks and then crashed. Took it in again and all they said was it won't work on a macbook even though it did! Someone have a fix?

My lap top wouldnt load up also, Turkcell said I needed a new Dongle but when I pointed out the one I had would be under Guarantee ( only 4 months old ) they soon said it was the lap top. Took the lap top to LACONIC who soon put it right for a samall sum. They were very helpful, the girl on the desk at the top of the shop speaks good English. Coming down the hill from Lefkosia turn right towards Ballapais, Laconic is on the right about 200yds down the road.

Hi, I have now been using Turkcell 3G on my Macbook for the past 18 months and, apart from it all being in Turkish, I have not had a problem (fingers firmly crossed). If you don't manage to get it working you could always come over to Alsancak and have a look at how mine is set up. Good luck.

sometimes your security settings stop turkcell from working on your laptop ,
