Germ freak needs help cleaning villa ASAP

I am looking for a cleaning service to assist me in making a rental villa feel like my own home. I'm talking about regular cleaning and above and beyond the typical spray and rinse. For example, the trapped dust and ick on the bottom of the sliding shower door must be scrubbed and removed. I want somebody who already understands why I do not want the same mop that is used for the bathrooms to be used in the kitchen.

The villa is in Catalkoy, 3 bedrooms, two baths, living and kitchen. I would also like to wash up the exterior patios. I will be working with you. I realize that I sound like an ogre but I am a friendly person!
